LarryFest Information
We strive to make everyone's Larryfest experience as fun and safe as possible.
Please review the General Information and Festival Rules prior to the festival.
NOTE: Adherence to Festival Rules will be monitored by Festival Security. If security observes any violation of these rules parties involved will be escorted to the entrance gate and turned over to the Vernon County Sheriff for ticketing and prosecution.


Entry Instructions
Parking:

Please park in the designated parking areas on Fish Valley Road.
Do not stop by the front gate for instructions—there is no stopping/pausing or parking allowed on that road, per the Vernon County Police Department.-
They will be ticketing if it becomes an issue.

Getting to the Gate:
-
After parking, you may walk, take the bus, or ride a Gator to the front gate.

Ticket & Banding:

Please bring the physical ticket that Larry sent you.

You will be banded at the gate, and then you can catch a ride up to your campsite.

Camp Set-Up Area
Wednesday

Drive-In Camp Setup

Camp setup will be available until 7 PM CST, weather permitting.

Drive-in access is allowed for setup only.
-
After setting up, vehicles must be removed from the campsite.
-
In the event of rain, all campers must park in the designated parking area and will be shuttled in with their gear.

Thursday–Saturday

No drive-in access will be allowed unless previously arranged.

Please park in the designated area on Fish Valley Road.

A Gator vehicle will transport you and your camping gear to the gate for banding and then to your selected campsite.

Front Entry Gate Hours
The front entry gate will be open during the following hours:

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
-
Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
-
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Services available at the gate include:

Ice sales

Donations
Security will be posted from gate close until the end of festival activities each night.
General Info

The only toilet facilities available on site are Porta Potties, which are maintained multiple times a day.

Handicap parking is available and should be arranged at the time of ticket purchase.

Check in at the Front Gate upon arrival.

It is recommended that attendees bring flashlights, rain gear, warm clothing/extra blankets, chairs, sunscreen, food, and water/other beverages.

Alcoholic beverages are not sold on festival grounds
-
No refunds.

Festival rules prohibit the following:

Personal vehicles up the driveway of the festival grounds after sunset on Tuesday night
-
Trespassing (anyone found on festival grounds without a ticket/wristband will be prosecuted for trespassing)

Walking on the public highway
-
Illegal substances
-
Underage drinking of alcoholic beverages
-
No Dogs or other pets
-
